Konya Machine Technologies Fairs was held at Konya Chamber of Commerce - Tüyap Konya International Fair Center between 11-14 May 2022 and became one of the important meetings of the machinery sector. The fair covered an area of 15,000 m², 3 halls and an outdoor area, and 252 companies and representatives from 25 countries exhibited 79 different product groups. The event, which hosted 24,968 professional visitors in total, offered an international platform with visitors from 54 different countries. 76% of the visitors participated in the fair as producers or manufacturers, 12% as exporters and 8% as service providers. While 92.2% of the exhibitors stated that they plan to participate in the next fair, 87.3% of them were satisfied with the fair. 61.7% of the visitors preferred to reach new suppliers and 48.9% preferred to see the innovations in the sector. These data show that the fair is an important platform in terms of sectoral collaborations and commercial opportunities.
